It comes with a high quality new queen bed, armoire, dresser, night table, desk, and reading chair. There is no first and last however we ask for a $250 cleaning deposit. This is available for short term or long term rental. We have rented it to several Stanford students thru the years and each have loved the furnished accomodations. Our family lives exclusively upstairs. We have 2 kids 6 and 8 and maintain school-centric hours up at 7am-back at 3: 30 - kids asleep at 8, parents at 11PM. The space comes with WIFI and TV and includes water, garbage, and electricity in the cost. No pets.
